2. Secret Summer 


Secret Summer is a one-of-kind cocktail festival featuring seasonal farm-to-bar cocktails, unique food vendors and musical performances at The Foundry on Sunday, August 12th from 2pm - 8pm.  The 4th annual fete will feature a Toki Whisky Washitsu tasting room and a Japanese Yatai food cart, in addition to a Brugal 1888 rum tasting experience perfectly complemented with dessert, a Brockmans Gin Juniper Forest where revelers can taste, smell and experience while getting lost in an atrium filled with foliage and juniper.  There will also be a Blue Point Brewery Toasted Yacht where guests are invited to sip on Blue Point Beer cocktails from a boat in the middle of The Foundry's courtyard. The Choripan, Sophie's Cuban and Wisefish Poke will be on hand to satisfy everyone's appetites. 3. Jazz Age Lawn Party

New York City’s Governors Island hosts the Jazz Age Lawn Party, a tribute to the music and style of the early 20th century. Founded by Michael Arenella, whose Dreamland Orchestra provides the soundtrack, the event draws costumed revelers for swing dancing, retro cocktails and fashionable fun. 


4. Candytopia

5. Blues BBQ Festival

The 19th annual Hudson River Park Blues BBQ Festival returns to Hudson River Park's Pier 97 for a (FREE) day filled with smoky goodness and great music. Join local pit powerhouses like Brother Jimmy's, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Mighty Quinn’s, and Pig Beach fire up their smokers while you take in live blues and roots performances. Grab dessert from Melt or Ben & Jerry's, sip on beer from Sixpoint and sample a taste of Glenfiddich while you enjoy NYC before the summer ends with a blues and BBQ explosion.
