This exclusive event will bring together high profile filmmakers, philanthropists, and film lovers in one of the city’s hippest venues for a party to celebrate independent documentary and public media.
POV (a cinema term for "point of view") is television's longest-running showcase for independent nonfiction films. POV films are known for their timeliness, intimacy, and their unforgettable storytelling. Since 1988, POV has presented over 400 films to public television audiences across the country: on-air, online and in community venues.
