The vibrant spirit of Brooklyn's art scene came alive with The Other Art Fair, hosted at the new venue, ZeroSpace, from November 9th to 12th. Presented by Saatchi Art, this global event showcased over 120 artists, with more than half hailing from the local NYC area.

The dynamic atmosphere at ZeroSpace was a testament to The Other Art Fair's commitment to providing unforgettable experiences and making boundary-pushing artworks accessible to all. From distinctly modern ceramics and multimedia works to kitschy paintings and sketches that would add to any home, a myriad of artistic aesthetics were represented, and prices were so that even the average attendee would be able to find works within their budget.

The fair's dedication to supporting emerging artists was evident in its New Futures program. This year's Brooklyn Class of 2023 introduced three local talents: multimedia artist Amy Chasse, transdisciplinary artist Davina Hsu, and interdisciplinary artist Phoebe Kong. These artists were awarded free exhibition space, along with access to opportunities aimed at jump-starting their careers.

The fair also featured a fully stocked bar, live DJ sets, and unique activations including flash tattoos, digital moving portrait sessions, and AR Mirrors to try on digital wearable collections. For pet lovers, Ben Lenovitz transformed pictures of furry friends into painted portraits, courtesy of Pet Portraits. OOH Baby Pop-up Shop brought its expressive, vibrant, and eco-conscious clothing designs to The Other Art Fair.

ZeroSpace, located at 337-345 Butler St., Brooklyn, NY 11217, was the perfect backdrop for this immersive art experience. The fair runs from Thursday, Nov. 9th to Sunday, Nov. 12th, with general entry on Friday (5-10 pm), Saturday (11 am - 7 pm), and Sunday (11 am - 6 pm).
