Tucked inside the chic Arlo Soho hotel at 2 Renwick Street, Lindens is redefining seasonal dining in Lower Manhattan with the launch of its new Summer Harvest Dinner Menu. Known for its modern American approach and produce-forward philosophy, the restaurant continues to deliver a refined yet approachable experience that feels both comforting and distinctly New York.
Rooted in nature and inspired by the Linden trees that line city blocks across NYC, the restaurant is operated by Renwick Hospitality Group and helmed by hospitality veterans Gary Wallach and Carsten Johansson. Together with Executive Chef Adrian Nava, the team brings together sharp culinary vision and thoughtful service to create a space where both locals and hotel guests can slow down and savor.
This season, Lindens is introducing a $75 prix fixe Summer Harvest Dinner that celebrates the flavors of peak summer. The meal begins with Thyme Parker House Rolls and a vibrant Giardiniera with pickled vegetables and hummus, followed by a trio of shareable small plates: Butter Lettuce with grapefruit and champagne vinaigrette, a rich Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad, and Grilled Peaches with Broccoli Rabe served over whipped mascarpone.
Main courses range from elegant vegetarian dishes like Spiced Cauliflower with crispy quinoa and citrus gremolata, to heartier plates such as Summer Carrot Ravioli with pancetta and brown butter, Crispy Chicken Paillard in caper beurre blanc, Grilled Branzino with olive tapenade and eggplant-tahini, and a juicy Hanger Steak with chimichurri and Yukon potatoes. The experience ends with a rotating seasonal dessert crafted by the chef.
Beyond the prix fixe, Lindens’ a la carte offerings continue to showcase their commitment to seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy favorites like the Honeycrisp Apple & Endive Salad, Margherita Pizza, and a classic Cheeseburger with fries.
