What's up: Mimi Fischer, the hilarious comedian, storyteller, hoop-dancer and regular from The Chris Gethard Show (who is 64 years young) is announcing her first solo show, A Late Bloomer. The show's title is a nod to her starting her career in comedy at an age that most think should relegate her to knitting… but that's not the case.

• Mimi’s comedic solo show focuses on how her unique journey into hoop-dancing and comedy created her new life
• She jokes about the difference between age and maturity and the positive side of aging (is it true?!)
• She touches on the challenges of being in a peer group with mostly all 20-something-year-olds when you’re defined as “elderly” by the dictionary but definitely don’t feel that way
• The show is a part of The PIT's SoloCom Festival (NYC's only all-new solo comedy festival)
