Brooklyn Bowl celebrates Purim w/ Grateful Dead costume party

Brooklyn Bowl and The Rock and Roll Playhouse have teamed up to host the first-ever Grateful Dead-themed Purim party for kids on Sunday, March 12th. 

The party will feature live music, a costume contest, and an all-ages discussion of music and spirituality. Mommy Nearest called the Rock and Roll Playhouse concerts "unique, interactive live music experiences for little rock stars of all ages."

Who: Terrapin Family Band featuring: Grahame Lesh, Alex Koford and Ross James, Rabbi Dan Ain of Because Jewish and Relix Editor-in-Chief Mike Greenhaus

What: The Rock and Roll Playhouse and Brooklyn Bowl celebrates one of the most festive Jewish holidays with the first-ever Grateful Purim Family Concert. The celebration will begin with a unique and interactive musical retelling of the Book of Esther led by Rabbi Dan followed by performances by special guests and of course a rockin’ family costume contest.

Tickets: $15 advance per person / Kids under 1 are FREE
