Green Ghost: An Evening of Japanese Tea featuring Kettl
We invite you to experience the delicacy of fine Japanese teas at brushstroke.
A tea specialist will guide you through a multi-course, tea-inspired kaiseki experience designed by Chef Isao Yamada in collaboration with Kettl:
The evening will begin with a 45 minute reception featuring passed canapés and original “tea music” crafted from field recordings collected during tea sourcing trips to Japan. Guests will then enjoy a seasonal, progressive tasting menu accompanied by a tea pairing curated and illustrated by Kettl’s owner and purveyor, Zach Mangan.
