Join Billion Oyster Project for its next intimate Oyster Social, an evening of oyster tastings, cocktails, and conversation at Midtown seafood destination Oceana. The event brings together food lovers, environmental advocates, and supporters of New York Harbor restoration for a unique culinary experience.
Guests will enjoy a seated tasting featuring a half-dozen local oysters from Island Creek Oysters, prepared three different ways. Each course will be paired with wine or a signature cocktail featuring Culch Vodka, while hosts guide attendees through the flavors and pairings throughout the evening.
Beyond the tasting, guests will learn about the oyster's historic role in New York Harbor, Billion Oyster Project's ongoing restoration efforts, and how local restaurants contribute through the organization's Shell Recycling Program. The evening will also highlight Oceana's role in helping support a healthier and more resilient waterfront.
