Billion Oyster Project’s signature annual fundraiser returns to Brooklyn for an unforgettable waterfront celebration featuring unlimited oysters, acclaimed New York City restaurants, refreshing drinks and spectacular views of New York Harbor.

The 12th Annual Billion Oyster Party will bring together approximately 1,500 supporters, more than 35 oyster farms and over 20 participating restaurants at Liberty Warehouse in Red Hook. Guests can enjoy oysters from leading farms across North America, signature dishes from restaurants participating in Billion Oyster Project’s Shell Recycling Program, and beverages from local partners while watching the sunset behind the Statue of Liberty.

Proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships directly support Billion Oyster Project’s mission to restore New York Harbor’s ecosystem and educate the next generation of environmental restoration practitioners.

VIP admission begins at 6:00 p.m. with an exclusive waterfront reception, specialty culinary offerings, a bespoke oyster bar, celebrity-chef bites, private remarks and early access to the evening’s tastings.

General admission begins at 7:15 p.m. and includes unlimited oysters, restaurant tastings, beer, wine, spirits and nonalcoholic beverages.

This is a 21-and-over event.
