Featuring more than 130 chefs, artisans, and mixologists, the one-night-only event transformed the iconic marketplace into a culinary wonderland, all in support of a meaningful mission: preserving Anne Saxelby’s legacy and inspiring the next generation of sustainable farmers.

The halls of Chelsea Market came alive with an impressive gathering of culinary talent, including Carbone, Gramercy Tavern, Via Carota, Frenchette, Win Son, Los Tacos No. 1, and Murray’s Cheese. Honoring a Remarkable Legacy

Anne Saxelby was a pioneering cheesemonger whose passion for American artisan cheese and sustainable farming helped transform the way people appreciate locally produced food. Following her passing in 2021, the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund was established to continue her mission through paid apprenticeships that give young adults the opportunity to live and work on sustainable farms. These experiences connect aspiring agricultural leaders with the farmers and traditions that shape our food system, ensuring Anne’s vision continues to inspire future generations.
