MOFAD SPRING BENEFIT DINNER

For one night each year, the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) assembles an extraordinary lineup of culinary luminaries to produce one unforgettable meal for one compelling cause: supporting New York City's first food museum. Funds raised from the benefit will support future exhibits and programs.

The MOFAD Spring Benefit Dinner is no ordinary dining experience. Start the evening with an immersive tasting showcase of immigrant dishes. These small plates will take you from El Barrio to Chinatown to Crown Heights and more, weaving a path though New York City's neighborhoods. Then, sit down to an elegant dinner of immigrant story-inspired dishes specially prepared by some of the nation's most iconic chefs.
