Hudson VU Rooftop Spritz Soirée on August 25th from 6pm - 9pm will bring an elevated summer experience where guests sip free-flowing Aperol, Hugo, and Lolea spritzes while taking in spectacular 360° views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River, and a stunning sunset. 

Inspired by the timeless ritual of aperitivo and evoking the effortless spirit of a European summer and La Dolce Vita, the iconic spritzes will be accompanied by two hours of passed Italian-inspired bites paired to complement the drinks, along with artisanal cheese and charcuterie.
