One of New York City's most delicious charitable food events is returning this fall as the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund hosts its 5th Annual Benefit at Chelsea Market on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The evening will bring together more than 130 of New York City's leading chefs, artisans, farmers, and mixologists for an unforgettable celebration of food, drink, and community.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample unlimited bites and beverages while exploring the historic halls of Chelsea Market, all while supporting a meaningful cause. Proceeds from the event help fund month-long paid apprenticeships that place young adults on sustainable farms across the country, continuing the legacy of pioneering cheesemonger Anne Saxelby and her commitment to supporting farmers and sustainable agriculture.
This year's benefit is expected to feature an impressive lineup of culinary talent, including some of New York's most celebrated restaurants, bakers, beverage makers, and food artisans. Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with exceptional food, craft beverages, live experiences, and the opportunity to meet many of the people shaping New York's culinary landscape.
Early bird tickets are currently available for $100 through June 7, offering a discount from the regular $125 admission price. General admission includes unlimited food and drink from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. VIP tickets are also available and include exclusive access to a special VIP experience, early entry, and additional offerings from partner farms and producers.
New for 2026, the event will also offer premium private suites within Chelsea Market, creating a unique hospitality experience for groups, clients, and corporate gatherings.
